Together we will move mindfully through 108 sun salutations (think: a moving meditation) to signify the release of seasons past and welcome the season ahead: SUMMER! Never been? What you can expect: - High energy - Warm room - Space to pause! We break our 108 into smaller sections with moments to pause + reflect in between.
