POV: You're post YTT and have learned (and can say in your sleep) the Surya Namaskars…now what? OR you’ve been teaching for years and feel like your flows could use a little spicing up! In this afternoon course we’ll spend our time dissecting the why and hows of mindful sequencing + impactful language. Explore/revisit how to authentically deliver your unique voice, energy + presence in a room full of students by moving bodies safely and on purpose.  𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕨𝕖 𝕨𝕚𝕝𝕝 𝕔𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣: Ways to thoughtfully organize + deliver impactful yoga classes Different styles + intents for a sequence Skills to clearly communicate your creative genius  Playlist creation/intent 𝕎𝕙𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕗𝕠𝕣: 200hr Registered/Certified Yoga Teachers [completed base training of 200hrs] who are looking to explore meaningful + impactful class curations for their students.
