Discover [or rediscover] the art of hands-on assisting and body reading through our Anchor + Reach course with Jessie Davies Simply put: This course was designed to empower yoga teachers to support their students through purposeful hands-on assists AND mindful body reading. 𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕨𝕖 𝕨𝕚𝕝𝕝 𝕔𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣: Consent + Intent! Types of Assists Hands On Assists for Foundational Postures Body Reading (no hands required) Grounding + Clearing Techniques 𝕎𝕙𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕗𝕠𝕣: 200hr Registered/Certified Yoga Teachers [completed base training of 200hrs] who are looking to deepen their connection with students through the art assisting 𝕎𝕙𝕖𝕟: November 7 + 8, 2026 𝕋𝕚𝕞𝕖: Saturday 11a-5p + Sunday 9a-3p 𝕀𝕟𝕧𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥: $400 [12 CE + printed manual] **Due to materials + limited space - Deposits for this program are NON-REFUNDABLE within 30 days of program start date**
