Pack your bags, we’re going to summer camp! At its roots, this local weekend retreat was designed to spark a little childlike wonder & joy in the adult heart & soul through movement, reflection, connection & play! We hope you’ll join us! What to expect: - Daily Yoga & Movement - Daily Guided Meditation - Crafts & Games - Nutritious & delicious vegan meals and snacks - Comfortable, spacious accommodations - Time for relaxation/personal reflection - Connection by the fire (yes- there will be marshmallows!) Where we will stay: We will stay at the Silver Spring Retreat House in Mechanicsburg, PA. This unique retreat property is nestled on 7 beautiful acres with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large full kitchen, 2 gathering rooms, and an inviting large indoor + outdoor fireplace. In addition, there are large inviting porches & nature spaces for rest & reflection.
