Class/Event Description

🆆🅷🅰🆃: Together we’ll drop into the evening with 10-15mins of light movement by candlelight…followed by a grounding meditation led by Mary and the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls played by Jessie 🆆🅷🅴🅽: Sunday January 26th @ 6pm 🅴🆇🅲🅷🅰🅽🅶🅴: $25 🆃🅷🅸🅽🅶🆂 🆃🅾 🅽🅾🆃🅴: Space is limited! Preregistration is strongly encouraged. Wear comfy clothing and bring any extra support to rest in complete ease [socks, blankets, pillows, etc]
