Class/Event Description

“As a beginner once, I totally understand! You’d love to try yoga but know where to start. OR you haven’t been in a studio for awhile and you need a refresher to feel comfortable in a class. Join me for this beginners series that will breakdown the fundamental poses of yoga with proper alignment, learn to connect to breath with movement, touch on a bit of yoga philosophy and gain valuable information about the appropriate modifications for your body.” This is a 4 week course. Wednesdays 7pm 1/8-1/29
